1.1. ROHFIT offers a 7-day refund policy for all purchases made through the application’s subscription portal, subject to the conditions mentioned in Section 2.

 

1.2. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment used during the purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

3.1.1. Used Course Bundles: Any purchases made in the form of Course Bundles once verified on the App's Interface, will be limited to the features of that respective bundle, and are non-refundable.

 

3.1.2. Third-Party Services: Any purchases or payments made for third-party services, including but not limited to advertising, promotions, or partnerships, made through the application’s interface channels  are non-refundable.

 

3.1.3. Donations: Any voluntary donations made through the App are non-refundable.

 

4. Instamojo Payment Gateway

 

4.1. ROHFIT uses the Instamojo payment gateway for processing payments. The refund process for purchases made through Instamojo is subject to their refund policy and terms of service.

 

4.2. For refunds related to Instamojo payments, please refer to their refund policy or contact their customer support for assistance.

 

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

 

5.1. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider, your access to the ROHFIT Application and its associated services may be temporarily suspended until the dispute is resolved.
